A downloadable game for Windows

I found a couple playing a game where they had numbered coasters that were red on one side and green on the other. Each player would roll the dice, and whichever number it landed on, they would flip that coaster. The first to get all green wins.

Here's a video of the process, and me over-analyzing the results:

And here's the original:

Well... I pushed the idea further by adding support for more players, higher dice numbers and more coaster sides, meaning instead of going between green and red, they cycle between multiple colors.

The purpose of this program thingy I guess is to see how many rolls does it take to finish one game, with given parameters.

You can manually do this by pressing space, or have the program go through thousands of dice rolls automatically!

This thing requires some documentation cause it's janky:

To change parameters or see results, hit windows + R and enter "%localappdata%/flipper".  This will open the save file location!

Before you see anything here, you need to run it at least once.

Edit the numbers in "flipper_variables.txt" to modify the parameters, and save it.

You can hit "R" in the program to reset and update the parameters from that file.

In the same location you can also find the results, which are saved when the program finishes the specified amount of games.

It saves two files, one with general data like average rolls, and another CSV file with rolls and how many times they were achieved.

Inputs:

Press 1 to toggle manual mode (resets the game)

Press 2 to toggle drawing details at bottom

Press 3 to toggle drawing the numbers on the grids

Press 4 to do absolutely nothing. I need to sleep. Enjoy!
